Time Out - close your eyes, take a few moments to relax and refocus – great at work. (10 minutes)

Transition Time - can be practiced with your eyes open – waiting for an appointment, a class to start, on transit – a little treat - no one will know. (10 minutes)

Change Gears - can be done in your car - enjoy this opportunity and use this time to your advantage. (5 minutes)
